Terms and Conditions
We do not intermediate in the transactions. All transactions are
done directly between the buyer and the seller.
The listing fee is 25 Eur and includes Internet presence in 4
languages during 6 month.
For just 1 fee you can put up your property for sale and rent.
(Rent it out until it is sold)
You will be listed within 2 labour days after payment is
received.
The fee is for advertising your ownership on this site only and
does not guaranty that your property will be sold.
